1.     List the push handle with both of your hands and pull it toward you a little bit. Then the push handle would be fixed.

2.     Push the acrylic under the push handle. Push the push handle to the forward direction so the acrylic would be pressed.

3.     Turn on the #1 power switch and it would be lighted in red. You can adjust the heating level of heating wire by #2 heating control switch. If the machine is overloaded, the #3 fuse could be blown or the #4 circuit breaker could be operated. You can replace the fuse by opening the cab and when circuit breaker is operated, you can push in the popped out part.

4.     When you’re repeating bending process with fixed lengths, you can use the acrylic support as shown in the picture.

5.     There are gradations engraved on the table. You can move the acrylic support to required position and turn the black handle to the arrow direction to fix it.

6.     Refer to the operation time table on the front part of the machine and bend the acrylic accordingly.

7.     Leave the acrylic bent until cooled down.

8.     On the sides of the machine, there’s handle which adjusts the angle as shown in the picture. Turn the #1handle until you reach your required angle.

9.     Push the lever to backward as shown in the picture.

10.   Place the acrylic as shown in the picture.

11.   When acrylic is heated, pull the lever to forward and bend the acrylic.

12.   The lever would stop moving at the angle you’ve set previously. Turn off the power switch and wait until acrylic cools down.

13.   On the back side of the machine, there’s extra heating wire rolled.

14.   The heating wire is 1mm thick nichrome wire and installed by tension devised on the both sides as shown in the picture. So the wire wouldn’t be loosed during operation.
